 Gallery: Sickles Posterizations

These images were created in 1980 and are the result of Walter's experiments with a Sickles model 2200 animation camera. The posterization effects were achieved by making multiple exposures directly onto Kodak Ektachrome 35mm slide film. Kodak 35mm Kodalith ortho film was employed for lighting and color separations. Subjects were primarily objects to be found in and around the animation studio.
