CEV docking with the ISS--No. 2
A manned Crew Exploration Vehicle (CEV) prepares to dock with the International Space Station (ISS).
This view is from immediately behind the CEV crew capsule. Visible elements of the ISS include a pressurized mating adapter (PMA), an international docking adapter (IDA), an unmanned cargo vessel, several manned modules, and panels from the thermal control system (TCS).
This CEV is 33 feet long with a maximum diameter of 20 feet while the solar voltaic panels have a maximum spread of a little over 60 feet.
